Parents and Grandparents bring your children (birth to age five) and come join us for fun, crafts, snacks, fellowship and support. We meet in the Social Hall each week, Thursdays 10:00 am- 11:30 am. Everyone is welcome and it is a "come as you are" feel. There is no need to register, just stop on by.
We have special parties for holidays and birthdays. Typically we celebrate birthdays the last Thursday of the month. This is also when we have our bigger crafts planned.
In the summer we plan activities that include older siblings, such as meeting at the spray ground, going to the zoo and other outdoor venues. We also have an annual family picnic planned for June 5th at Bennett Park.
Little Saints Playgroup started in the fall of 2002. Debbie Bedner saw the need for mothers with preschool aged children to connect within the Parish. Debbie has been instrumental in getting this group off the group and going strong. At the first meeting we saw a great cross section of the parish show up, working Moms, stay at home Moms, stay at home Dads, church families, school families, grand parents and caregivers. Everyone is welcome at Little Saints. Some come every week, some come when they can, some just come for the summer outings.
In early 2003 we started a Mom's Bible study. At first we met every week on Saturdays, however this proved to be too hard on those with small children at home. We are looking at a twice a month meeting right now and trying to find our next study format. Contact Bobbi Román for more information.
Late in 2003 we began optional Adoration at the end of Playgroup. Pam Finn currently is in charge of leading the kids into the sanctuary and coming up with a short Bible story and children’s prayer. It is a nice way to let children experience Jesus and being in the sanctuary on their terms.

Román began our all important Mom's night out. If Mom isn't happy,
no one is happy which is why we usually have one night out a month. Sometimes
we go to the movies or out to eat, we have even had a spa night complete with
our own masseuse. We are planning to add some daytrips for the spring 2005 possibly
to Weston to visit the winery :) and stroll about the shops.
